Every Penn student is entitled to a maximum of two (2) guest passes, as availability allows.

Registering for guest passes DOES NOT guarantee you will receive passes. Passes are sold on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last.

If you have already registered for two guess passes, you will not be able to register for additional passes. If you need to cancel or change one of your guest pass registrations (before picking up your pass), please go to the pass pick-up and talk to one of the Spring Fling representatives, or click here to email SPEC Spring Fling.

Once your guest pass has been issued, there are no refunds, exchanges or replacements.

Spring Fling Guest Pass Registration

In order to purchase guest passes this year, you will need to register on this website, then print out and sign the guest pass rules.  You must bring the signed rules with you in order to pay for and pick up your guest passes.

Spring Fling guest passes will go on sale on Monday, April 6st.  The sale will end on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15th (NO EXCEPTIONS).  You may purchase a maximum of 2 guest passes for $20 each.  They will be sold on a first come first serve basis between 10am and 4pm in the conference room next to the Office of Student Life (second floor of Houston Hall).

As always, Fling Guest Passes will be the only way to bring guests into the Quad from Wednesday, April 15th at 5pm until Sunday, April 19th at 10am.

University Officials reserve the right to revoke guest passes, without refund, if a guest does not adhere to University, Housing, and Spring Fling policies.   These guests will then not be able to re-enter the Quad.  So, if you live in the Quad and your friends are going to get in trouble, they won't be allowed back in the Quad, at all, including to sleep at night.
